For those who aren’t sick of the Rocketboom saga just yet (yes, you Valleywag), I received an anonymous tip that Amanda Congdon has signed with the Endeavor Agency. I have confirmed that this is indeed true.

As of this writing, a Google search turns up no results. However, if you visit Amanda’s site you will see that the Endeavor Agency is now listed as her point of contact.

Rabbit Bites has an interesting take on the Rocketboom story.

Interesting, at least, for rabbits.

Many vlog fans are sad that Amanda Congdon is leaving Rocketboom. But that hasn’t kept people from speculating about Congdon’s replacement.

OfficePirates has a Rocketboom Replacement lined up already:

There’s also a rumor that Congdon’s replacement may be the hottest woman on the planet.

“Rocketboom executive producer Andrew Baron has tapped former MTV Europe VJ Joanna Colan to take the anchor chair vacated by Amanda Congdon earlier this week,” according to the Huffington Post’s Rachel Skar.

While Colan is undeniably attractive, her competition is obviously comfortable with the kind of work involved in producting a daily videoblog.

We’re kind of leaning towards Colan, though; something’s a little odd about the OfficePirates lady…..

The public split of Rocketboom co-producers Amanda Congdon and Andrew Baron is turning into a bizarre soap opera, complete with misunderstandings, accusations and strangers wooing the beautiful star.

In the latest twist, Rocketboom star Amanda Congdon accuses Baron of spreading misinformation and reneging on his promises to her:

“I am disheartened by Andrew Baron’s decision to spread misinformation,” writes Congdon. “He knows I cannot move to LA without a job…but insists on spinning things this way to shore up his assertion that I am “walking away” from Rocketboom. I did not walk away. I did not accept Andrew’s idea of ‘partnership’.”

The convoluted record that is available makes it impossible to know what really happened, but it’s clear that long-standing misunderstandings have corrupted the relationship that Congdon and Baron once had.

Which leaves a mess. Both are very young, talented and have unique experience. But…..
